The Coach Operator

We often travel in a coach to go to various destinations such as intercity travels or going to the airport before making the main journey via the air route. We also never fail to notice the plush comforts that a coach service has to offer such as reclinable seats, toilet facilities, leather seat belts, comfortable and spacious luggage compartment and so forth. But most of us so often fail to reflect upon the non-technical or humane point of view namely the person who is driving the vehicle, that is to say the coach operator. Of course it is not we are not aware of the role or existence of the coach operator, rather he/she is the first person we come in contact with before boarding a coach. A coach operator usually checks our tickets and makes sure that we are in the queue for the right coach at the right time. After that the coach operator helps us to put our lugguage in the proper compartment depending on our destination, in case of multiple destinations the lugguage is kept in such a manner that people who have to get down and nearby stations have their bags place near the compartment door, while the others have them well hidden behind the huge mountain of other lugguage.

Despite this we seldom appreciate the efforts of the coach operator and even might go to the extent of forgetting his helpful attitude and complain about a torn seat or discomfort in anything goes wrong by any chance. Of course it is our right to complain as customers as we are paying for the service, nevertheless it is important that we fully appreciate the hard job of the coach operator and his helpful attitude. After all however big the coach company and however far the destination of travel, the person who ensures that we reach comfortably and securely to that place is none other the one handling the steering wheel and that is undoubtedly the coach operator.
